Certificate IV in New Small Business
Overview
Do you think you are entrepreneurial or want to formalize your training in effectively running your small business? If owning, running or starting a small business sounds exciting to you – then this course is meant to help you propel your career in the right direction.
Running a small business, especially a new one, is principally different from running or managing an established business. A new business requires the necessary frameworks, systems, cashflows and quality control that are naturally accessible for an established business. Whether you run a bakery or take party decoration contracts – the fundamentals of running a business revolve around the same foundations – Finance, Marketing and Operations.
Certificate IV in Small Business is designed to empower small business owners in establishing a platform that can grow into a substantial business that will help them and their team get economic rewards in line with their efforts. Whether your goal is to grow your business into a conglomerate or whether you want to communicate your formal training to future investors, Certificate IV in New Small Business is perfectly structured to help you get well-aligned with your goals.
