2. Eligibility Criteria
Fulfilling the following eligibility criteria may indicate your fit for the program:
Minimum Criteria
- You should be an adult resident of the Metropolitan Adelaide area, eligible to get a police clearance.
- You should be able to source relevant professional engagement as and if mandated by the course.
- You should be fulfilling the criteria set by the laws in the state as well as Australia to attend the program.
- You should have or be willing to complete all pre, mid and post-assessments of the program.
- You should have completed Certificate IV in Leadership & Management.
3. Course Structure & Delivery Methods
A large percentage of the course is based on an in-the-class learning model. This gives you a good amount of facetime to network with the professors, faculty members and trainers. It also gives you a tremendous opportunity to build a professional network of people with similar career tracks and goals in your classroom. For making the program efficient, you may find that some standardized modules of the program are delivered online. You shall be notified about these modules in your curriculum package, as soon as you enrol in the program.

Continuing Education:
You may choose to enrol for the Advanced Diploma in Leadership & Management, which builds on all the knowledge you acquired during the Diploma program and Certificate IV. The Advanced Diploma will impart a more nuanced approach to leading and managing organizations in both corporate and non-profit setups. You can also choose to go for a full-fledged degree-granting program at Nursing Training or our partner institutions.
Employment:
If you have acquired the necessary skills and built a professional network, you might be able to get entry-level jobs as an Assistant Manager to Assistant to a Manager/Executive, in a company, non-profit organization or consulting setup.
