Diploma of Business
Overview
Getting to the C-Suite has never been more difficult in the history of capitalism. There are more MBAs in the market than the companies can accommodate. People are coming out with a significant amount of experience and expertise in running businesses. So, if you have the ambition to become a business operator or high-level manager in your career, the Diploma in Business will be of great value to you.
Unlike an MBA program, the Diploma in Business is very accessible and yet value-delivering in its nature. It builds on the experience you already possess and gives you the necessary skills in Risk Management, Project Management, E-commerce Management and Human Resources Management. We understand that there is a key difference between a manager and a leader – a leader possesses intangible skills that help others perform better at their jobs. Hence, we have incorporated a set of modules that will help you sharpen these skills like – setting up workplace policies, conducting meetings and leading teams.
If you plan to build a highly rewarding, successful and recognized career in managing and running businesses, this program should be on your list of desirables. The program is accredited and hence it will also prepare you for any further formal training to aim to take in the near future.
Course program
1. Course Structure and Delivery Methods
The problem with MBAs, even in the form of Executive or Evening MBAs, is that they often get in the way of your career. That is unnecessary for an ambitious, high-performing career executive.
The program can be completed in a total of 18 months. This way, before you finish the next two annual budget meetings, you might have a Diploma in Business under your belt.
